A Message from Khali at the Rainbow Bridge Hey hoomans, it’s me — Khali, your favorite spicy Bulldog, checking in from the Rainbow Bridge. I’ve got something important to say about fosters! I keep hearing people say, “I’d adopt, but I don’t want to take them away from their foster home — they look so happy there!” Well, listen up, buttercups — that’s not how this works! Foster homes are like cozy pit stops on a pup’s journey, not the final destination. They’re where we get a soft bed, some love, and maybe learn that not all vacuum cleaners are evil… before we find our forever family. Fosters are real-life heroes. They love us enough to let us go — so we can have the forever we’ve always dreamed of. And when we get adopted, they get to open their hearts and homes to the next dog who needs saving. That’s how rescues keep on rescuing! So don’t hold back because you think you’re “taking” us from our foster. You’re actually completing what they started. Fosters begin our story… Adopters write the happy ending. Now go be somebody’s happy ending, okay? Love and slobbery kisses, and a little stink eye, Khali
