Foster
Our foster homes are where the magic happens. Without individuals willing to open up their hearts and homes the number of pups we can help would be limited to the size of the Pad. We carefully match each incoming rescue to the foster situation that best fits their special needs and the types of therapy they may require. If you are interested in joining our list of available foster homes, please complete our Foster Application.

Donate
With special needs and medically fragile pups comes big expenses. Standard vetting for new rescues often require spay or neuter, medical tests, physical therapy and in many cases surgery. This is in addition to their day to day needs of food, supplies and toys.
We rely on donations to help support our work. All donations are tax deductible.

Fundraisers
In addition to our ongoing donation options we run fundraisers multiple times a year. We do quarterly online auctions via our FB page, special needs fundraisers and swag events. We are always grateful for items donated for these online auctions. You can also find us at events in the Portland area. Follow us on social media to learn about all these fun ways to support our dogs.
100% of the funds raised is used to help and support our pups. LPR is a foster based and volunteer run organization with no brick and mortar facility and no paid staff.
